Responsibilities include answering phones, posting payments, and general utility office work. The position requires excellent customer service and telephone skills, and knowledge of Excel, Word, and Appalachian Software preferred.
Salary commensurate upon city scale. Excellent benefits package. A six-month probationary period is required.
